It helps to know that you have a team on your side who are professional, incredibly quick to respond and willing to show you multiple houses. I love that both Ryan and Neil can assist in interchangeable ways so you don't have to worry about losing a potential property waiting for the realtor to get back to you. Ryan and Neil have built a very powerful tool in the 360dwellings website as well. It allowed me to get very geeky in our search and helped me narrow down our top choices before we went to see them in person. This helps make the whole process easier and much more clear. My wife and I love our house and couldn't be happier with how Neil and Ryan make the purchase process easy and clear.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ryan and Neil to sell my loft in the Golden Triangle area. Their professionalism and attention to detail made every step of the process as smooth as possible. I knew I was working with the right team when they explained to me all the things they were going to do to get the MLS listing just right and how they'd ensure it would propagate to sites like Redfin and Trulia. The home I sold was likely to appeal to tech-saavy and/or out-of-market buyers so their skills in this area helped me find the right buyer, right away.
