  • French Provincial, Andalusian and other exterior treatments can make the same underlying plan look very different.

Custom builders

Several Solterra properties were individually designed or built outside the repeatable production-home collections.

  • A production plan name may not exist for a custom home.
  • Original drawings may remain with an owner, architect, builder or permitting authority.
  • Systems, materials and maintenance needs should be evaluated individually.

Plan identification

The address matters more than the plan name alone.

The home today may reflect a chosen elevation, garage orientation, walkout condition, structural options, basement finish and years of updates. Address-level matching adds that essential context.

Questions answered

Solterra floor-plan FAQ

Helpful context before you compare, renovate, buy or sell.

Who built homes in Solterra?+

Documented Solterra builders include Cardel Homes, Infinity Home Collection, Toll Brothers, Remington Homes, Brookfield Residential and several custom builders. Builder presence varies by filing and street.

How do I identify a Solterra floor plan?+

Start with the address, filing, year built, exterior elevation, garage orientation and recorded square footage. Renovations and original builder options can make two versions of the same base plan live differently.

Can I request an original floor-plan PDF?+

Yes. Ryan maintains a private research library of available archived plan images and PDFs. Submit a request with the property address so the closest available match can be reviewed before it is shared.

Why aren't floor-plan images public?+

The private process helps prevent an archived marketing drawing from being mistaken for a guaranteed representation of a current home. It also allows known variations to be explained with the file.

Are historical square-footage figures exact?+

No. Marketing figures, county records, finished basements, structural options and later additions may produce different totals. Verify measurements for appraisal, renovation or purchase decisions.

What is an elevation?+

An elevation is the exterior architectural treatment; the floor plan is the interior layout. One plan may have multiple elevations, materials, garage orientations and homesite adaptations.
