Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry or request the Solterra Buyer Guide, the form collects the information you enter. Depending on the form, this includes your name, email, phone number, buying or selling interest, property address, message, purchase timeframe and price range. The form also records your contact consent and its date.
While you fill in a form, your draft and any pending submission are kept in this tab’s session storage for up to 24 hours after the last update. Submitted recovery data is cleared after the CRM confirms saving; restoring a draft never submits it automatically.
Your inquiry is sent to Ryan’s RealScore CRM, which uses Base44 to process and store records. Inquiry details may also be included in email notifications to Ryan sent through Base44. Ryan uses these records to respond to your request and manage real estate follow-up.
Your contact choices
The form’s consent checkbox gives Ryan permission to call, email or text about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchasing property. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts, or contact Ryan to ask that other follow-up stop.
You can choose whether to use these forms. For questions about your information or to request access, a correction or deletion, email ryan@ryanpenn.com. Ryan may need to confirm your identity before handling a request.
Advertising and website measurement
This website uses Google Analytics to measure website visits, traffic sources, page views and interactions, and the Google tag for Google Ads measurement. The tag can use cookies and send Google information such as page URLs, advertising identifiers and browser or device information to help measure visits and advertising results.
After an inquiry is successfully saved, the website sends Google Ads a conversion event containing the CRM record identifier. That event does not include the name, email, phone number, property address or message entered in the form.
The website also uses this browser tab’s storage to preserve advertising campaign parameters and click identifiers, so an inquiry can retain its source when you move between pages. Those values, the submitted page URL and referring page are saved with your CRM inquiry. The Buyer Guide page also records guide activity and the selected purchase timeframe through Base44 analytics.
Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and review Google’s advertising controls. Blocking tracking may limit measurement; it does not prevent an otherwise successful form submission from being saved.
