He takes his time to explain each step of the process and provides his insight into the questions that we had along the way. My wife and I were moving to Denver from out of state while having a baby and Ryan went above and beyond to help make this an easy process. He is not only the most professional and honest realtor we experienced, he is also a genuinely amazing person willing to provide his guidance and insight into the surrounding communities and also has a great knowledge of the history and current development projects in the area. He genuinely cares about his clients and wants them to have the best experience and find the home they are looking for. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Ryan Penn and if we have to buy or sell another home in the future I would seek him out to help us again.

Selling with a relocation company

Ryan did it again! This was our second home sale with Ryan. Our home was under contract on the first day, with multiple offers. Ryan has fantastic marketing strategy and gives it his all. We believe he is the best realtor for the Solterra market and would never consider anyone else. It was so beneficial having him work his way through the HOA docs, which…

We believe he is the best realtor for the Solterra market and would never consider anyone else. It was so beneficial having him work his way through the HOA docs, which can be confusing in Solterra, that we needed for our relocation company. He is very thorough and we knew we are in excellent hands for the entire process. Ryan is quick to respond to any issues and ridiculous questions we might have. He is very patient and calming during those stressful times that we all have while buying and selling homes. Jill, his transaction coordinator, is also great.

MOST IMPRESSIVELY, were his intuition and amazing negotiating skills. He was so genuine in working with us and we were completely blown away with the negotiating he did to help us seal the deal on an awesome place in Aurora. Working with him and his team truly gave us a substantial advantage and we could not be happier and more impressed!

We moved from Minneapolis to Denver and we were not finding any suitable rental properties in the areas of town that we wanted to live. We contacted Ryan Penn based on reviews we found on Yelp. We were not disappointed. Ryan educated us on the Denver market and was able to get us into every house that we wanted to look at in our short time frame. He is an excellent realtor and was with us every step of the way. I honestly do not believe that we would have found such a perfect home at the right price within our short time frame had we not worked with Ryan Penn and 360 Dwellings. We will continue to recommend 360 Dwellings to our family and friends. A+ guys!

I've worked with Ryan Penn on three different transactions now, and every time I've been blown away by his professionalism. He is friendly and easy to work with. At the same time, it's apparent how hard he works in the background to make the process as seamless as possible. He is a bottomless font of knowledge about the Denver real estate market, and has built personal relationships with other agents, mortgage brokers, and other players in the industry. He does his homework like few others I've ever worked with. It is tremendously reassuring to have him on your side. Most recently, I sold a condo unit while I was living out of state, and it needed some work before it could go on the market. Ryan ran point on the whole operation. He recommended and coordinated with a painter, carpet supplier/installer, carpenter, and other folks who needed to work on the unit. With his contacts, I paid a lot less for those services than I would have if I sourced them myself. He provided excellent, clear communication at every step of the way, and worked with the building to ensure everyone got appropriate access to the unit. All I had to do was approve quotes and send checks when the work was done. With that taken care of, he staged the unit so it looked amazing. It sold quickly and hit my proceeds target. The transaction itself couldn't have gone more smoothly. He worked with the buyer's agent to identify potential hiccups, and he proactively mitigated them so they wouldn't hold up the process. He has a gift for explaining complex scenarios in clear, direct English. The deal closed as expected, with no surprises. If I ever needed to buy or sell other properties in the Denver area, I would look no further than Ryan Penn.

Can I start a Denver-area home search before moving to Colorado?

Yes. Start by discussing your budget, timing, housing needs and the places you need to reach regularly. Ryan can help narrow the areas and properties worth exploring, so an in-person visit has a clear purpose. Discuss remote viewing and due-diligence needs before relying on photos alone.

That depends on your timeline, budget, familiarity with the area and how certain you are about your next home.
